deKamala Bali was founded by a team of hospitality and marketing background in Bali. The long and various experiences in managing day cruise, villa rental, event, transportation, etc. have encouraged us to form a new standard lifestyle of holiday and vacation rental agency by providing you with value added accommodation and taking care your daily needs of experiencing Bali lifestyle.
Our team are working side by side in:
Marketing Department which is responsible in selecting and listing the right villa in our portfolio, arranging photograph, sales and promotion, and publish information in our website;
Reservation Department which will help our guest in booking for villa, activities, wedding arrangement, etc as well as assisting them in arranging their daily needs during their stay in Bali; and
Operation Department who will take care guests’ needs during their stay in our villas.
Since our service covers many aspect of event and holiday organizations, each department have several sub departments which covers and focus on certain operation such as tour, wedding, villa rental, etc.
We are happy that this system proved to work efficiently.
